This policy applies to completed QuarkView orders. A quote request is not an order. Any model-specific, custom, reseller, or OEM terms shown on an accepted quotation or order confirmation take priority where they differ from this general policy.
30-Day Returns
QuarkView accepts returns of eligible standard items requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and include all accessories, packaging, manuals, and other supplied parts. Custom-built, private-label, specially configured, or otherwise non-standard items may have different terms that will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Start a Return
Email sales@quarkview.com with your order or invoice number, the item and SKU, the reason for return, and relevant photos. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is covered for confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied items. Responsibility for other return shipping costs will be stated when the return is approved. Products that are incomplete, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from the approved request may be rejected or receive a reduced refund.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Report visible shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer package, shipping label, product, and affected accessories so we can review the claim with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
Refund Timing
After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days using the original payment route where possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. An order can be cancelled only before it has entered fulfillment, production, customization, or carrier handoff. Otherwise, the applicable return terms will apply.
