Shipping

Send the SKU list, quantity, and destination. We will help identify the available delivery method, cost, and timing before you place the order.

Returns

If a return is needed, contact us first. Keep the product, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase together so instructions are easier to follow.

Return and replacement instructions

Do not send a product back blindly. We confirm the return or replacement instructions before anything is shipped.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Report visible shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, packaging condition, and order context.

Project shipments

Larger PoE, PTZ, NVR, installer, reseller, and private-label orders may need split packages, model-specific documents, or project timing notes.
