These Terms of Service apply when you browse quarkview.com, request a quote, contact support, or purchase products from QuarkView.

Direct Checkout and Quote Requests

If a product displays a checkout entry, use the current checkout information and order confirmation for the applicable purchase terms. Otherwise, request a quotation.

Before paying, review the selected configuration, quantity, shipping address, item amount, shipping charge, tax added at checkout and import responsibilities.

A quote or support form submission is not an order, reservation, or guarantee of price or availability.

Quotations and Orders

A quotation may describe products, configuration, quantity, price, shipping route, estimated timing, payment terms, and any project-specific conditions. An order is accepted only after the applicable quotation or order confirmation is approved and any required payment or verification is completed. We may decline or revise a request if availability changes, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud risk is detected, or the order cannot be fulfilled as proposed.

Product Information

We work to keep product names, images, specifications, compatibility notes, and descriptions accurate. Product appearance, packaging, firmware, included accessories, and specifications may change by model, option, production batch, or supplier update. Confirm critical requirements and the exact SKU in writing before ordering.

Prices and Availability

Catalog pages may show reference prices or starting configurations. For standard products with direct checkout enabled, the selected configuration and its price, shipping charges, added taxes, and total are shown for review before payment. Other products, custom requests, and bulk orders are confirmed by quotation, valid for the period stated on it.

Shipping, Returns, and Support

Shipping origin, availability, dispatch timing and delivery estimates depend on the product, quantity and destination. Confirm them in the current checkout, quotation or order confirmation.

A local warehouse route is available only when confirmed for the exact SKU and order. The delivery country alone does not identify the shipping origin.

Shipping charges and currency depend on the product, quantity and delivery address. Confirm the applicable amount in the current checkout, quotation or order confirmation.

Destination taxes, import duties and customs clearance or carrier fees may apply. Review which charges are included and who is responsible in the current checkout, quotation or order confirmation, subject to applicable rules.

Shipping and returns are handled under the terms confirmed for the order and the current Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Contact support before returning a product.

Responsible Product Use

Security cameras and recording equipment must be installed and used in compliance with applicable privacy, surveillance, building, electrical, network, and notice requirements. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their installation and use are lawful. QuarkView does not provide legal advice.

Website Use

You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or abusive requests, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website in violation of law.

Third-Party Services

The website and order process may rely on third-party hosting, security, email, payment, fulfillment, shipping, or technical services. Those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuarkView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, installation decisions, unlawful surveillance, product misuse, incompatible third-party equipment, network configuration, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
