Quote-First Website
This website presents product information and accepts quote and support requests. It does not provide online checkout. A submitted form or email is a request for information, not an order, reservation, or guarantee of price or availability.
Quotations and Orders
A quotation may describe products, configuration, quantity, price, shipping route, estimated timing, payment terms, and any project-specific conditions. An order is accepted only after the applicable quotation or order confirmation is approved and any required payment or verification is completed. We may decline or revise a request if availability changes, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud risk is detected, or the order cannot be fulfilled as proposed.
Product Information
We work to keep product names, images, specifications, compatibility notes, and descriptions accurate. Product appearance, packaging, firmware, included accessories, and specifications may change by model, option, production batch, or supplier update. Confirm critical requirements and the exact SKU in writing before ordering.
Prices and Availability
Prices and inventory are not promised by catalog pages. They are confirmed for the requested configuration and destination in a current quotation. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
Shipping, Returns, and Support
Shipping and returns are handled under the terms confirmed for the order and the current Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Contact support before returning a product.
Responsible Product Use
Security cameras and recording equipment must be installed and used in compliance with applicable privacy, surveillance, building, electrical, network, and notice requirements. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their installation and use are lawful. QuarkView does not provide legal advice.
Website Use
You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or abusive requests, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website in violation of law.
