Shipping availability, origin, cost, and timing depend on the SKU, quantity, configuration, and destination. We confirm these details before an order is accepted.

Shipping Origin

Domestic US fulfillment is available for supported SKUs. Special quantities, model mixes, OEM projects, or items not available through the domestic route may use an alternate fulfillment origin. Your quotation or order confirmation will identify the applicable route.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery estimates are provided with the quotation or order confirmation after availability is checked. Estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of carrier handling, weather, customs, address issues, production requirements, or events outside QuarkView's control.

Shipping Costs and Import Charges

Shipping cost is confirmed before payment or order acceptance. For international or alternate-origin shipments, duties, taxes, brokerage, or import charges may apply. Responsibility for those charges will be stated in the quotation or order documents.

Split Shipments

Camera systems may include cameras, recorders, drives, mounts, cables, or accessories from different inventory locations. An order may arrive in more than one package. When available, tracking information will be sent to the email used for the order.

Shipping Address

Review the shipping address before approving the order. Contact us immediately if it needs to change. Address corrections or rerouting may not be possible after fulfillment or carrier handoff and may incur additional charges.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Email sales@quarkview.com with the order number and photos of the package, shipping label, product, and affected accessories.
